bearjl does not charge any additional fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, especially for over-the-counter payments or card transactions. Check with your provider beforehand. The amount credited to your bearjl wallet will be the exact amount received by our payment processor.
Withdrawals & Payouts

Log in to your bearjl account and go to the "Withdraw" section in your wallet. Select your preferred payout method (GCash, Maya, bank transfer, etc.), enter the amount, and confirm the request. Make sure your KYC verification is completed before submitting a withdrawal – unverified accounts cannot process payouts. Once submitted, most withdrawals are processed within the same business day.

In most cases, bets placed on bearjl cannot be cancelled once confirmed. The exception is if the event has not yet started and the "Cash Out" or "Bet Edit" feature is available for that particular market. For pre-match bets, there is a short window where cancellation may be possible – check the bet slip immediately after placing. Live bets are final once confirmed. If you believe there has been a technical error, contact support right away with your bet ID and a screenshot.
